Job Description Developer: Access DB, Business Objects, Microsoft Office, Financial Experience

[Note: Start Date : 04/16/2012

Description:

Develop a sophisticated Microsoft Access database utilized to track Human Resource turnover data. The database must report on Key Business Indicators and other metrics on a monthly basis. Position requires a BA or BS in Business Administration, Finance, or IT, 2-3 years of experience with strong financial/operational systems. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Business Objects. The candidate must Must also possess excellent analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle), PMLC (Project Management Life Cycle), Lean Six-Sigma is a plus.
