This person will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and additional organization implications. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. The Business Analyst will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved. This person will follow our practices and processes while work closely with the PMO leadership on program architecture and change. This role will collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications and IS Learning and Performance organizations to ensure consistent message and integrated program approaches. This project is a key component in a corporate strategic initiative to align cost and performance goals within information services and the business. Supervision: This role will take direction from the Program Manager and Change Management Lead. While the Business Analyst does not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work though many others in the organization to succeed. The Business Analyst will seek to look across project workstreams to identify connections and/or disconnects that need to be managed either through process design, technical design and/or change management. The Business Analyst will support the project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans in coordination with the Change Management Lead. Roles and responsibilities: Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to implement the change management strategy and plan based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change Activities may include: Drafting project communications Building the project SharePoint site Preparing PowerPoint presentations Facilitating project work sessions (topics may include messaging definition, process definition, change impact definition Work with project workstreams to integrate change management into their workstream specific plans (e.g. communication plans, sponsor engagement plans, training plans, resistance management plans) Collaborate with/coach project workstreams to map their future state process maps with a consistent project template Collaborate with/coach project workstreams to analyze and document what is changing from today, the impact to specific stakeholder roles; translate these changes into the appropriate communication to build stakeholder engagement Collaborate with/coach project workstreams to define operational and individual metrics associated with the new processes and roles Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner Coach project teams on good project management tools and methodologies to support project execution and deliverables Identify quick wins and opportunities to celebrate successes Work with communication, training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation and behavioral change Skills and qualifications: An aptitude and appreciation for how people go through a change and the change process Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Solid facilitation skill   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
