Job Description Developer: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .NET Development, C# Programming Language, Windows Server Sharepoint Active Directo

MS Dynamics CRM Developer

The appropriate candidate will have demonstrated solution development and operational support experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Specific requirements could include:

- 2+ Years developing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Entity customization

- UI customization for Web client and MS CRM for Outlook

- Plug-in .NET development

- Workflow customization

- Custom .NET workflow assemblies

- Proficiency in C# Programming language (OOP)

- Queue administration and maintenance

- Performance monitoring and tuning

- Familiarity with Visual Studio 2010

- Familiarity with Windows Server, ISS, SQL Server

- Integration with SharePoint 2010, Active Directory

- Report development

- Microsoft certifications are a plus

- Scribe data migration experience a plus

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to communicate well at multiple levels

including analysts, developers, and business

- A self-starter who can work with little or no guidance as well as lead other

- This position involves the design, development, testing and documentation of departmental MS Dynamics CRM 2011 solutions

- Create and document detail design specifications and unit test cases to ensure that all business and functional requirements are met

- Compose technical design documentation

- Adhere to coding standards

- Provide project effort estimations
