Responsibilities

Job Title: Sr. Java J2EE Developer Location: Fremont, CA Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Summary:

Our client is seeking multiple Sr. Java / J2EE Developers to join their team and help build the next generation of web solutions for our service partners and customers as it relates to the ownership experience. You will be challenged to turn apps around quickly but thoughtfully, balancing speed to market with longevity and scalability, all in the name of extraordinary customer experiences.

Experience required

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, another technical field.
Minimum 8+years of hands-on experience in developing software applications using Java,J2EE
Extensive experience with RESTfulWeb-Services
Experience integrating with backend services utilizing ORM frameworks (Hibernate and Spring/Spring boot)
Experienced with MySQL database design, writing and tuning queries.
Experience with cloud platform services and application development using AWS, Azure or GCP
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience with Kafka / Kafka Connect
Experience with Graph DB Neo4j
Ability to implement container-based APIs using a container-frameworks - Dockeror Kubernetes
