· Experience in Process Improvement (LEAN / Six Sigma Black Belt preferred) with agile methodologies, SQL and Jira

· Technical & Functional experience in Recruiting is a plus

· Demonstrated ability to breakdown and articulate a problem and define a path forward. Thrives in ambiguity and a fast changing environment.

· Strong business, analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills. Creatively solve problems by identifying real obstacles and viable solutions.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience
