Soft skills - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior stakeholders and facilitate conversations/decisions. - Ability to plan work independently and communicate risks/issues with meeting the plan. Nice to have - Experience with portal or application server platforms such as WebSphere, Weblogic or similar and tuning JVMs from an infrastructure config perspective - Experience with designing systems for high availability and scalability - Familiarity on build automation tools Maven/Ant, Team city etc. - Experience with operational and monitoring tools such as nagios or similar. - Perform deployments using scripted was tools with knowledge of automation through jython. Minimum Years of experience: 6-8 year of experience with IBM WebSphere, 5-7 years experience with IBM WebSphere Portal.
