Job Description Architect: IGEL Thin Client, XenDesktop 5, Bachelor’S Degree In Business Administration, SCCM GPO VMware Administration VSphere

Job Description :

Senior Windows Engineer/Citrix Architect:

Length: 3 months, potential to extend but nothing guaranteed past 3 months


Overview:

Migration and implementation project. Required support on VMWare Horizon View VDI platform and underlying vSphere and Cisco UCS platform. Provide End User Computing solutions utilizing Powershell scripts, GPOs, and SCCM. Responsible for recommending, reviewing, and planning future state of applications and platforms. Orchestrate and begin process of migration from Horizon 7.4 to Citrix XenDesktop. This role will require previous experience with Teradici Zero and ThinOS devices and respective management consoles. This engineer will need to analyze, plan, document, and execute project implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Familiarity with AirWatch implementation is a plus, as well as ability to configure coursework.

Required:

5+ years successfully designing and implementing Citrix XenDesktop environments (we need someone at the level of an architect)
Windows10 experience
Horizon View experience is a MUST
Xendesktop Experience

Desired

iGel and Dell Wyse thin client experience
Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field experience
