STAFF QUALIFICATIONS a. Mandatory Qualifications The Contractor shall provide one (1) qualified candidate who can complete the identified tasks within this SOW, Section 5 – Project Tasks/Deliverables. Attachment 3 – Staff Experience Worksheet and candidate resumes must show a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas, including, but not limited to: 1. Professional database administrator experience and understanding of database relationships. 2. Professional experience and understanding of primary and foreign-keys. 3. Professional experience and understanding of compound quires (inner and outer joins). 4. Professional experience and understanding of eXtensible Markup Language (XML). 5. Professional experience and understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) Services Reporting Services (SSRS). 6. Professional experience an understanding of delimited text files. 7. Professional experience in change control and configuration management. 8. Professional experience administering user accounts and assigning permissions, create, read, update, and delete (CRUD). 9. Professional experience working with Governance, Risk and Compliance platforms (such as RSAM, Archer, etc.). 10. Working knowledge of information technology and information security industry trends and best practices. 11. Possess RSAM Advanced Administrator Certification or the ability to attend RSAM Advanced Administrator Training and obtain RSAM Advanced Administrator Certification within four (4) months from contract execution, at candidate or Contractors sole expense. 12. Experience in the last 12 months working with a government entity on a RSAM GRC platform and RSAM API. Note: If the mandatory qualifications are not met, the offer may be deemed nonresponsive. b. Desirable Qualifications 1. Any professional experience conducting risk assessments for an IT environment with business units to support and a diverse set of infrastructure and services. 2. Working knowledge of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Standards, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and NIST Special Publication (SP_ 800-53 and other regulatory security standards and frameworks. 3.
