Submission deadline: 3/13/2018 3:00 p.m. Start date : 2/26/2018 End date : 2/10/2019 Client: County of San Mateo Description: The County of San Mateo, Information Services Department (ISD), is seeking assistance from a qualified vendor to perform an upgrade of the current Cisco ACS v4.1 environment to the Cisco ISE solution. The upgrade will include the migration from standalone servers to a virtualized infrastructure. The vendor will need to supply the necessary tools and understanding to take the existing environment (ACS version 4.1) and apply the required conversion process steps to upgrade (i.e. 4.1 to 5.0, 5.0 to 5.5, etc.) to the current ISE code version before configurations can be migrate All MSA requests are for services only. No goods will be procured with this particular solicitation. The County expects a turnkey solution that includes initial findings, requirements definition, schedule development and guided implementation/migration. The selected vendor will provide an onsite resource that will work with County staff to: • Evaluate the current environment, plan for the required upgrades steps and identify any other outstanding requirements, including associated costs to complete the upgrade steps, (i.e. 4.1 to 5.0, 5.0 to 5.5, etc.) must be called out before implementation begins. • Develop a work plan and methodology to install and configure the new solution. Identify an approach to upgrade and migrate existing data, interfaces and configuration • Identify the staffing plan with roles and responsibilities • Identify scheduling and timeframe requirements necessary for implementation. • Perform implementation and include testing and acceptance phase. • Deliver documentation across all phases, to include evaluation of current environment, requirements definition, specification guide of upgrade activities and configuration accommodating current functionality • Create configuration and support documentation once the implementation is completed for turnover to County ISD staff. 5.3 DELIVERABLES - Propogation maps - Coverage Maps - Network Design documents - Built-As diagram 5.4 PRICING PROPOSAL Only proposals will be accepted.
