The overall team environment is collaborative and supportive towards providing the best analysis service with consistently high-quality requirements documentation. In this role, you will: Acts as liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). Be responsible for producing business requirement artifacts including Use Cases, Business and Message -Rules, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications, and User Interface Design Specifications for large and complex projects. Functions as Business Analyst for the largest and most complex projects. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by evaluating current processes and recommending new e-commerce solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities. Tools used to evaluate current processes may be industry tools or self-developed. Works directly with senior management of all organizational areas, and is considered the highest-level functioning expert. Be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from Inception through post-Install Transition. Requirements: 10+ years experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting. 10+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with experience on high volume transactional web applications. Candidates must provide a sample use case to be considered for screening. Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams. Solid knowledge of financial services and Online Banking. Proven ability eliciting and gathering requirements, preferably in Use Case format, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex, high-visibility projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities . Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well-organized, logical, and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving. Solid understanding/knowledge and practical experience using RUP. Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to collaborate effectively with your project team and potentially across a team of Business Analysts focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort. Expertise in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Visio and ideally prior experience with Enterprise Architect and Requisite Pro. Excellent communication skills, including ability to present effectively to both business and technical audiences at all levels of the organization.
