Responsibilities Plan, own, and deliver infrastructure project tracking for a growing business operations team Manage multiple projects pertaining to video distribution comprising content acquisition, linear broadcast, and delivery infrastructure using Jira Partner with internal and external development teams to clarify work sequencing Drive collaboration in a changing business landscape with evolving priorities Grasp and transform the underlying business needs into feature requirements Propose solutions and alternatives to problems that arise Regularly communicate the health of initiatives through an intelligent suite of dashboards, and throughput reports to provide contextual insight Create schedules, templates, run books, documentation, and guidelines Launch internal corporate services, systems, features and operational tools Create maintenance and upgrade plans to accommodate demand and changes from team Skills/Experience: Bachelors Degree in a media, communications, business or related field. 3-5 years experience in business operations or project/program management for a SaaS platform, ecommerce, web services, or equivalent technology product. 3-5 years or equivalent experience in designing workflows and business processes.
