Must-have Requirements • 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both • 3 + years of experience as a Scrum Master • 5+ years of Agile experience • 4+ years of leadership experience • Agile Certification Additional Requirements • Experience with large-scale process transformation initiatives • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as VersionOne and Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Knowledge and understanding of Technology Project Methodology (TPM) • SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience Desired Qualificatio   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
