Job Description : In this role, the candidate will lead a highly strategic technology project funded by a major payment network to drive card payment usage by large companies in emerging card acceptance industries. The role will require an individual skilled in Product Management, Business Project Management and Business Requirements writing. The goal of the effort is to create new payment acceptance capabilities that allow companies to drive credit card usage by reducing the cost of acceptance. The individual will document business requirements for the service and manage implementation across four major processing, onboarding and eCommerce (Gateway) platforms, three of which are managed by external vendors. This role will require strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate timelines, deliverables and collaboration across multiple internal and external organizations. Key deliverables for this position include: • Managing all aspects of new product strategy and development • Formation of project structure, team, and creation and management of project plan • Completion of risk analysis and formal New Product Risk Assessment process • Development of business requirements • Negotiating/executing vendor SOWs • Developing sales, implementation and service procedures- developing ways to streamline/automate existing processes • Developing new operational and financial processes to support product • Creating merchant contracts • Implementing sales and service training • Establishing ongoing tracking and analytics • Developing Prospect/Merchant facing materials and content • Managing compliance   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
