Responsibilities Data Auditing/system administration/manual calculation (50%) - Work with HR for HR data, POS team on POS data, business intelligence team on commission schedules, and payroll team to collect latest and greatest data for commission calculation - Follow a weekly process to update new hire/term/transfer payee data in the system - Follow a monthly process to audit HR/revenue/commission credit information to calculate commission accrual - Provide manual calculation for commission exceptions System testing/auditing (20%) - Help testing web reports data for product change request - Help sample testing standard calculation on a quarterly basis - Check payroll report accuracy for commission accrual Quota planning process coordination (10%) - Track the completion of each quota planning completion, help upload data and set up system for quota planning and plan management - Work together with IT support to track outstanding system issues and plan approval record Customer service, plan document maintenance & training (20%) - Answer commission calculation inquiry - Work with internal and external auditors for commission related issues - Update plan document every month to include any plan change Requirements B.S. in Finance, Accounting or equivalent, from a leading undergraduate institution and a top academic performer. 2-3 years commission experience from a Fortune 500 or high growth firm. Superior analytical and modeling skills, in-depth experience with financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts. Extensive knowledge required: Excel, PowerPoint. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task with limited supervision.
