Java J2EE Experience With JAVA JSP AJAX JAVASCRIPT JAVA DESIGN HTML Servlet JDBC O   Requirement id 69629 Job title Architect Job location in Sacramento, CA Skills required Solution Architect, Software Frameworks Like Web Application Frameworks, not found, Java J2EE Experience With JAVA JSP AJAX Open Date 04-May-2018 Close Date Job type Not specified Duration 12 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Architect: Solution Architect, Software Frameworks Like Web Application Frameworks, not found, Java J2EE Experience With JAVA JSP AJAX Submission deadline: Start date: End date: Client: Description: The scope of this project encompasses the following tasks: • As a solution architect, provides feasible business solution for enhancement of enterprise applications that aligns with CalPERS architecture and existing business processes. • Provides technical oversight and helps the team involved by provide required technical help with implementation of a particular change. • Provide architecture reviews for major application development and integration efforts; • Provide individual project reviews as required by CalPERS technical project managers; • Provide application architecture direction, guidance, and mentoring as required to project staff; • Perform interoperability architecture design, development, and maintenance; • Design and develop shared services that enable applications to perform common tasks; • Conduct evaluation and quality assurance on architecture framework, components, and services to be implemented; • Evaluate emerging trends new candidate technologies that can benefit enterprise systems and do a Proof of Concept before planning and incorporating these. • Perform application architecture performance tuning; • Provide deployment planning support (multi-environment, multi-server, multiplatform); • Evaluate all proposed architectural solutions to verify that these solutions are consistent with CalPERS Enterprise Architecture direction; • Provide architecture services for major initiatives leveraging technology; • As directed by the Application Architecture Unit manager, assist in the evaluation of vendor proposals for CalPERS Requests for Proposals (RFPs); • As directed by the Application Architecture Unit manager, evaluate and recommend selection of software products and technologies; • Provide impact and/or cost analysis for application architecture related issues and initiatives; • Verbally communicate technical information to a variety of staff (technical and business) and management where appropriate; • Provide clear and concise technical documentation, assessments, status reports and other written artifacts as required; and • Identify and resolve defects using the configuration management tools and processes • Participate in joint application requirements; design sessions with project staff as required. • Lead JAD facilitation techniques for gathering requirements and performing requirement analysis • Provide programming support for related architecture enhancements, defect fixes, and deployments. This means develop and unit test the needed Java components according to interface design specifications and development standards. • Lead technical design and work as a lead developer on major functional changes to the enterprise systems. • Work with team members to ensure that the developed products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined by the requirements. • Follow established processes for configuration and release management to ensure that all project artifacts are managed, integrated, and versioned according to standards. • Write Oracle Structure Query Language (SQL) and read the data models • Provide development support for Adobe LiveCycle forms • Provide training/mentoring to technical staff. • Attend project, staff, and management meetings as required. • Provide transition support as needed. • Provide weekly status reports.
