Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at a lower level • Perform other duties as specified by the HPRD Chief KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER The consultant(s) will provide knowledge transfer to the appropriate internal staff, documenting the process, outcome, and lessons learned. Various knowledge transfer strategies will include the following: collaborative documentation, document repository, cross-training, and job shadowing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Must have project management experience initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and/or closing processes within the last six years. 2. Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. 3. Must have experience preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports, conducting special assessments, analysis, and report preparation as required, evaluating contractor deliverables, preparing statements of work and requests for proposal. 4. Must have experience managing processes such as integration, scope, time management, cost management, quality management, human resources, communications, risk management and relationship management. 5. Must have experience preparing presentations for senior management and key stakeholders at all levels, and leading meetings with senior management and boards of administration. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Experience dealing with State processes and control agencies 2. Experience working with Health Care analytics 3. Experience with geographic cost factors as they relate to health care premiums 4.
