Deliverable 1: myCalPERS Enhancements This involves working with the CalPERS development team to support several releases of the myCalPERS application throughout the year. It is currently estimated to have 6 to 8 releases. Each release may have between 40 to 50 system change requests. It is anticipated that some of the releases will be simple but there could be one or two that are more complex. This work requires participation in various aspects of the application lifecycle to focus on the analysis of data requirements, the development of data models, the documentation of these models, the publication of the models, the generation of the DDL, the support of the testing, and finally the release of the enhancement. Deliverable 2: Various Other Application Enhancements (Peoplesoft, Actuarial, CEC, etc.) This work is similar to Deliverable 1 but the applications involved at Peoplesoft HCM, Peoplesoft Financials, Customer Education Center and the Actuarial System. This work requires participation in various aspects of the application lifecycle to focus on the analysis of data requirements, the development of data models, the documentation of these models, the publication of the models, the generation of the DDL, the support of the testing, and finally the release of the enhancement. Deliverable 3: Emergency Fixes (System Change Requests, Production CRs, Database CRs These are emergency fixes to all any of the CalPERS applications. These emergency fixes may involve System Change Requests, Productions Change Requests and Database Change Requests. These will be very limited in scope but may range from simple to complex.
