Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.: 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design. Additional Job Details: Acts as a liaison between technical area and business partners by conducting , planning and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with systems solutions. Works concurrently on a variety of projects related to the development of the Wells Fargo ATM network. Works with LOB business partners as well as systems partners to identify, define and clarify requirements, as well as consulting with the development team on the viability of projects and requirements. Responsibilities include working with ATM development teams to provide a project sizing, attending project meetings to clarify technical specifications and providing development updates. Creating and writing functional specifications documentation and white papers and then work with the QA team to verify test results against project requirements.
