Join Digital as an E-Business System Consultant / Project Manager within the PMO Practice Development & Support Team. The overall team environment is collaborative and supports the Digital PMO by providing centralized project support, performing internal quality control of Project Methodology (TPM) adherence reviews, defining and implementing continuous improvement strategies/solutions, and defining and delivering practice development training on new and revised process and tools. Our team is transforming from waterfall to agile methodologies, and candidate must be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Process Improvement & Change Management Initiatives: · Leverage project management experience to lead/engage/provide subject matter expertise in Digital-wide process improvement projects and forums. · Lead/facilitate rollout of internal applications, tools, TOG Project Methodology (TPM) process updates, PMUWS enhancements, etc. to the Digital PMO. PMO Practice Development Improvements and Training: · Lead teams to identify process improvement/efficiencies/opportunities, prioritize efforts, document and deliver proposals to the Leadership team, facilitate meetings, track efforts & report status updates, define and document processes/workflows, define content to communicate changes in the Knowledge Center, implement process improvements, monitor controls, raise non-compliance concerns and solutions to leadership team. · Support planning, design and implementation of training curriculum and supporting materials, such as process diagrams, reference guides, checklists, lesson plans, knowledge assessment questions/surveys. PMO Adherence and Compliance: · Perform regular internal TOG Project Methodology (TPM) Adherence Reviews, monitor internal processes/best practices to ensure compliance, report findings to management, lead training sessions and create and present proposals to senior leadership to improve adherence across Digital PMO. · Respond to queries received through a centralized mailbox by providing answers to TPM and PM Application Tools questions. Knowledge Management and Communications: · Provide project planning and implementation leadership/support of internal knowledge management tools and communication platforms, to ensure training/reference materials and operational news/reminders/announcements are published on a timely basis.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
