Job Description :
The Rebuilding Trust Office is responsible for organizing and coordinating the end to end activities for critical regulatory deliverables. This new role will report to the Rebuilding Trust Program Management Leader and focus on designing and leading rebuilding trust priorities across the enterprise. Partnering with internal teams will be critical to the success of this role and the overall effort of rebuilding trust.


Provides direction, leadership and resources to ensure successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the field, and measurement of initiatives that are the most highly complex and strategic in nature. Initiatives are corporate wide and have substantial impact to bottom line. Establishes strategic implementation plans with project managers and executive sponsors that coordinate change activities, creatively solve problems and monitor sustained change to internal team members. Manages both directly and matrix resources whose functions include: development of plans, process impact and redesign, change management, communication, training, delivery, implementation financials and monitoring of performance of implemented solutions and continuously improve implementation capability. Interacts frequently with executive management demonstrating influence and negotiation. May also be responsible to miscellaneous business administrative initiatives.: 8+ years project management or business process experience.

Drive status and reporting of priority projects including the prioritization, funding, and creation of working groups needed to support the work
Track integrated plan across multiple work streams and projects
Partner with internal subject matter experts to oversee enterprise change critical to successful implementation of regulatory deliverables
Execute communication strategy to advise leaders and team members on how they support the plan and to ensure optimal visibility of rebuilding trust activities
Partner and coordinate w/ Rebuilding Trust Office leaders and other key partners to ensure comprehensive reporting and communication strategies

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project management and implementation
Excellent MS Project Skills

Pluses

Previous experience working on Consent Orders
Experience working on an Integration project, ie. Wachovia to Wells Fargo or Merrill Lynch to BOA.
Enterprise level experience

Desired Qualifications

Experience managing complex projects in an enterprise environment
Effective problem solving with both a strategic and tactical view
Proven track record for managing to deadlines and anticipating and resolving problems that may impact progress
Experience aggregating and preparing reporting on activities and progress for presentation to executive leaders and regulators
Evidenced ability to partner and work collaboratively with teams spread across the enterprise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas in a straightforward manner


Notes :
-We are not looking for technical candidates or Scrum masters, here.
-5-15 years experience as a Project Manager, Relatinoship Manager, or Financial Manager.
-1-2 years SharePoint necessary.
-Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (MRA), financial regulatory experience, enterprise or start-up experience, and consent orders huge plusses.
-Contract 2 years.
-This is not a "Project Manager" role per se, its less about delegation and organization from above and more about getting hands-on to manage change management/compliance with consent orders.
