Job Description : We are leading an exciting initiative to build a chatbot platform, which allows technologists/data scientists to plug models to build an experience that will allow users to communicate with a bot on their most frequently asked queries. This is similar to Bank of Americas Erica, and Capital Ones Eno. The Business Analysts/Product Owner will be working with Developers, Conversational and UX Designers, Data Scientists and the Business Product Manager, on building the platform hence they need to have a good Technology background to navigate through the existing workload. Skillsets: · Serve as a subject matter expert in Data Science/Data Engineering technology · Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, create actionable user stories, answer questions as the customer/user representative, and accept the finished user stories to make sure the work meets the criteria · Along with the Product Manager and Scrum Master define sprints while driving scrum meetings and backlog grooming sessions · Lead user acceptance testing, end of sprint demos and training sessions for our internal and external customers · Define, analyze and present metrics/KPIs that details current state as well as the future state relating to product success · Problem Solver with highly analytical skills, using data to make decisions and comfortable gathering data independently · Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, matrix environment · Communicate technical components and workings of the data and the AI processes, models to non-technical stakeholders and external audiences · Work day-to-day with Product Manager, Scrum master, Developers, and business leads to influence our Backlog and Roadmap Non-negotiables: · Experience with agile/scrum practices as a Business Analyst/Product Owner · Experience in Machine Learning/Data Science/Chatbots technology · Self-starter and proactive · Excellent written and oral communication skills.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
