Candidate must be local : Yes Job Description : Our client is standardizing data management through Enterprise Data Technology (EDT) in partnership with Data Management & Insights (DMI), which establishes and manages the firms data policy and governance. EDT is establishing industry-leading technology platforms to offer data services for the bank. We are investing in an enterprise master data management solution and a big data platform and tools to create a centralized controlled data environment. This multi-year journey will deliver high quality data domains, data discovery, enterprise search capabilities, machine learning capabilities, business intelligence, high value data analytics and insights. Strategy Consultant The Enterprise Data Technology (EDT) Transformation and Strategy team is looking for dynamic, well-rounded individuals to help drive an enterprise wide data ecosystem build out called Enterprise Data Environment (EDE). This multi-year effort that began in early 2017 is to define and implement a vision, strategy and architecture framework to fundamentally transform the EDE to meet our growing regulatory requirements, deepen our relationship with our customers, and drive competitive advantage. This is a great opportunity to join a critical enterprise wide effort. Responsibilities: • Drive transformation agenda by supporting leaders sponsoring various overarching priorities • Lead cross functional/virtual task forces to strategize, plan and execute discrete deliverables • Prepare for and lead offsites and workshops • Create and drive consensus (in general and) on target operating and engagement models • Jump in to help with “fire drills” with short timelines • Following up, chasing, and general cat herding…to get things done • Translate high level architecture and strategy into documented delivery patterns • Acts as a Solution Architect Required Experience • “Big Data”, not just data • IT • Transformation or Consulting experience Desired Experience • Banking Industry • Process improvement - Target Operating/Engagement Model Position requires: • Hands on, strong individual contributor and team player • Active listener • Not a career project manager • Strong personality, Excellent communication skills • Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver results in a rapidly changing, fluid environment • Strong sense of urgency and results oriented • Ability to partner, influence, and build relationships with a broad set of stakeholders in a matrixed environment; Temperament to drive/support organizational change through negotiation • Innovative problem-solving skills and an analytical aptitude with the ability to apply critical judgment • Ability to synthesize information and simplify complex messages for technology and business stakeholders   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
