Ø Provide hands-on requirements gathering, analysis, development and implementation of requested upgrades, enhancements, changes to PeopleSoft EPM applications. Ø Provide technical support of applications working directly with clients in managing their requests, understanding their requirements and translating functional requirements to technical specifications through hands-on analysis. Ø Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft system related errors to ensure the accuracy of corporate business critical systems. Research questions with respect to both maintenance and development activities. Interact with database administrators, and business system users in this effort. Ø Perform full life cycle software development. Ø Participate in development of system test plans and acceptance criteria. Ø Communicate development status on a timely and accurate basis. Requirements: Ø 7+ years experience in PeopleSoft HCM/Finance systems. Ø Experience successfully implementing PeopleSoft EPM/Finance applications. Ø In-depth technical understanding of PeopleSoft 9.x HCM and Finance modules. Ø Demonstrated expertise in Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, SQR, Change Assistant, DataMover, Component Interface, and Process Scheduler preferred. Ø Monitoring and problem resolution of production related performance issues. Ø Expert SQL skills in Oracle 10g. Ø Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ø Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands. Ø Strong analytical, and problem solving skills. 7-8 years of PeopleSoft Development experience preferred. 1) Strong App Engine design and development experience including writing application packages. 2) Strong People tools development i.e., Components/Pages/People code. 3) Good finance background or techno functional knowledge in AP/GL modules. 4) XML Publisher/PS Query experience. Skills: Strong App Engine and XML Publisher skills are key PeoopleCode & PeopleTools also a key Component Interface – not as important Other Requirements: All custom code, must be very good PS Developer Any background (HR, Finance, etc. will work) Flexibility is important due to speed and changes to the environment and business requirements Must be able to get up to speed right away, dont have time for any training or learning curve.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
