Drive the technical delivery of agreed scope items on Old Navy Oracle Retail SaaS Implementation. Review weekly status, monthly status with all stakeholders. Discuss any critical issue or escalation. Analyze Risks and identify the mitigation strategy. Communicate to stakeholders for business critical issues. Coordinate with offshore team and ensure seamless delivery across shores Work closely with the onshore lead to finalize the scope, activities & schedule that the team has to work on Old Navy Oracle Retail SaaS Implementation. Providing inputs for management status reviews.
