This is an excellent opportunity to impact the business and customer experience by providing critical leadership as we extend our Transfers & Payments products to new transaction types, lines of business, channels and use cases. You will work directly with other product managers, senior DCG and LOB leaders, FP&A/Risk, architecture, development, business analysis, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver on our strategic, financial and product goals. Responsibilities include: Generate ideas for the Transfers & Payments pipeline that support the DP strategic themes based on your assessment of the customer, line of business partner, and servicing needs as well as competitive and analyst research. Perform business and technical discovery to assess new opportunities. Use quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze business situations in a strategic manner. Develop business cases and recommendations for new functionality and present to senior management in Stage Gate or other leadership forums. Partner closely with cross functional teams to successfully bring new features/enhancements to market. This involves influencing partners, managing expectations and proactively addressing issues as they emerge. Manage project financials in partnership with project management to meet our budget goals. Take responsibility, along with the Transfers & Payments team, for tracking and measuring our performance and meeting our key business metrics. Drive maintenance enhancements identified by the Transfers & Payments team and our partners. Partner closely with DP Product Operations team to triage production issues, identify solutions and roadmap the fixes. Support the Transfers & Payments product team by managing select areas of the business as needed. Opportunities could include marketing, metrics, legal / compliance relationships, etc. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of product management/development experience Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in financial services and/or ecommerce/online banking 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries.
