Design and develop moderate to complex software applications to meet the customers business needs. Validation and gaining approval of technical and business requirements to ensure both feasibility and completeness of solutions. Estimate work efforts, delivery time lines, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete software development activities. Develop software development project plans incorporating all possible project variables. Conduct periodic status checks with the development team to assess progress against plan and communicate progress to supervisors as necessary. Work to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalate as appropriate. Suggest improvements in service delivery processes and techniques. Prepare weekly status reports on project activities. Required Skills: At least one of the following programming skill sets combinations * 1+ years experience in C#.Net. 1+years experience in SQL Programming. Basic programming experience in Perl, or VB Script, or Java Script. * 1 to 3 years experience in VB.Net. 1+ year SQL Programming. Basic programming experience in Perl, or VB Script, or Java Script. * 1 to 3 years experience in Java. 1+ years experience in C#.Net or VB.Net. 1+ years experience in SQL Programming. Basic * programming experience in Perl, or VB Script, or Java Script. Strong SQL programming experience in Sybase, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server platform. * Complete understanding of Software Development Lifecycle including Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. * Knowledge of object oriented design and development. Experience in writing and utilizing Web Services. * Working experience in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio. * Experience in working in a project team. * Ability to demonstrate an engaging, professional behavior while listening and communicating with SMEs on all levels. * Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities. Ability to maintain composure in highly stressful or adverse situations. * Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good communication skills.
