Responsibilities: · Coordinate resources for the delivery through the SDLC of a case management system using Salesforce platform · Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget · Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress · Manage changes to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques · Prepare reports for management and the stakeholders regarding the status of the project · Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques · Report and escalate to management as needed · Manage the relationship with all stakeholders · Perform risk management to minimize project risks · Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors · Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation · Communicate and provide notification of the schedule as it is developed and the impact · Delegate project tasks to team members as needed · Track project performance · Perform other related duties as assigned · Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and document processes as needed Requirements: · Proven working experience in project management · Agile SDLC process experience · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office · Salesforce experience · RPA experience a plus · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus · Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Project Manager top skills & proficiencies: Supervision Project Management (predictive and adaptive) Management Process Improvement Planning Performance Management Vendor Management Case Management a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
