This team also facilitates testing resources, troubleshoots installations, builds install instructions and builds requirements the UHG environment Top 5-10 Skills and Responsibilities: • Facilitate test devices to users with software successfully installed • Troubleshoot installations on a standard image to allow for successful functionality • Validate deployment jobs are functional as per design • Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and recommend solutions as required • Experience with Windows 7, 8 and 10 64 bit (knowledge of OS operations, File System Registry, Services and DLLs) Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to install and execute desktop software to validate functionality • Ensure deployment jobs for desktop software is functional and error free on standard enterprise images • Troubleshoot desktop installations to be functional on multiple operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 10, & MAC OS • Document defects encountered in functional validation and drive defect resolution • Assist requestors in defining installation instructions and configurations for successful functioning of software per business requirements • Establish and maintain installation media, installation instructions, test cases and test data • Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure approved desktop software are free from defects • Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
