The candidates primary responsibilities will be to proactively engage with customers throughout the organization to prepare them for the transition from a Share Drive environment to using SharePoint as their only document collaboration tool. This role requires an extensive amount of self-initiative and the ability to work independently and know when to engage the Accenture lead. The candidate will gather requirements from customers with a focus on: Identifying customers collaboration partners with whom customers share documents Identifying how customers currently organize and categorize their documents, to include terms common to their business lines vernacular. Documenting the optimal SharePoint site design(s) for customers document-sharing requirements. Workshops with customers will require significant customer education on how to think differently about their document management in SharePoint as opposed to a Share Drive folder structure. Documenting customer SharePoint site requirements for technical team implementation. Assisting customers in defining how to use SharePoint to facilitate their manual business processes. Crafting Job Aids and Communications to support faster user adoption of SharePoint. Contribute to deliverables in support of the customers future Enterprise Content Management system. Support other Information Management and Enterprise Content Management efforts such as Intranet enhancements, ECM updates, and Collaboration improvements. Minimum Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 years client-facing consulting experience Minimum 1 years change management experience Preferred Skills and Qualifications Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Excellent business acumen Minimum of 2 years experience as a routine SharePoint user Experience working on a SharePoint implementation using metadata to tag and search for documents Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Proven track record of strong communication and collaboration skills (oral and written; good briefing skills) Desire to add value to the client and Accenture above and beyond the role Education Bachelors Degree (in Business, Information Management, or IT related field preferred) Work Location Washington DC Work Authorization US Citizen only Clearance Active Top Secret (TS) / SCI clearance   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
