Manages data loads, and security, storage and performance strategies and implementations. Serves as technical team lead in the development of business intelligence reports and analysis, providing mentoring, guidance and troubleshooting to analysis team members in solving complex reporting and analytical problems Conducts complex analyses of strategic issues based on analysis of trends and interrelationships of key performance drivers documented in the data warehouse, especially the identification of test and control groups and comparison and evaluation of their relative performance; synthesizes research results and develops actionable strategic recommendations; communicates research results and strategic recommendations to nationwide and division strategy managers.
