Establish workflows and update system security to enable routing to system administrators. Establish all management reports to track testing execution, and quality analysis In collaboration with Project Functional Workstream Leads, establish criteria for Entry and Exit criteria. Work with other Workstream leads to establish timely baseline for all test cases and scenarios. Test lead to set a daily/weekly test scenario execution target in order to complete testing within the given time frame. If the test execution falls behind then establish a plan to get back on track. Develop a testing calendar that is inclusive of Workday Functional, ServiceNow, Azure Custom Apps, Integrations and On-Premise downstream systems. Develop test strategy and resource plan during the Plan Stage of the project. The successful Lead will have experience in the following areas: Extensive experience in testing activities for Workday HR modules. It would also be useful to have some exposure to ServiceNow HR service delivery modules and custom HR-related applications. Developing and completing the Test Strategy and Test Plan, including Testing calendar, Daily/weekly test execution targets (this will determine resources needed), Testing Lab/Facility, Daily/weekly testing meetings. Managing all project test phases and testing activities including leads from all functional areas for Unit Testing, End to End, User Acceptance, Payroll Parallel, Integration and On-Premise downstream Integrations. Manage the creation of test scenarios for each area and ensure test scenario are complete and have identified test data. Manage Test Data for scenarios that will transact on the Worker data that is in the tenant assignment of worker data to functional areas so that data corruption can be avoided for key test scenarios. Coordinating the setup of test data and test data loaded or keyed into tenant Ensuring the Test Cases and Test Scripts required to test all system interfaces are completed by assigned personnel on the testing team according to the project schedule. Manage the creation and updating of test scenarios as needed during testing execution, Managing the testing activities of the testing team. Ensure that testers document and log discrepancies between expected results and actual results of test execution. Manage the defect lifecycle. Provide dashboard reporting and trend analysis. Ensure defect resolution per the set timelines for defect type. Reporting test status on a weekly basis publish reports on Defect Management, Test Progress and Test Metrics.
