Requirements In this Project Manager role, candidate is expected to lead technical project(s) from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation and is responsible for developing detailed project plans, organizing and leading large teams within a complex Home Mortgage Origination line of business. Candidate will meet regularly with senior management and provide project status description, present issue alternatives and strategy options and is expected to meet target deadlines. Project Manager will also ensure project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm wide guidelines. Candidate will have direct accountability for assigned projects and will be expected to be involved in all phases of the project and have a detailed understanding of content and be able to represent the project to other Lines of business and vendors as required. Will have substantial latitude to resolve conflicts and find solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for daily overall project management key activities including, but not limited to: Leading Business Meetings, Status Reporting, Task Tracking, Issue Escalation & Resolution, Interfacing with Sr. Management Ensuring that projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to line of business overall standards, operations objectives and user requirements Preferred Skills Bachelors degree (or equivalent) preferred Ability to act under pressure, resolve conflicts and adjust to a changing environment is a must 5+ years of experience leading large complex projects with a proven record of success Demonstrated experience in leading projects with large budgets (in excess of $25 million spend), extended timelines (greater than one year), in complex matrixes organizations with direct accountability Experience with Mortgage projects and the Mortgage business a plus Experience working with a management consulting firm a plus Excellent skills with MS Office products, including MS Project   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
