Client: Florida International University Board of Trustees (FIU)

Description:

This is a competitive solicitation for software consulting services to enable the Florida International University Board of Trustees (FIU) (hereinafter referred to as “FIU” or as the “University”) to enter into an agreement with suppliers to fill functional and technical, application support specialist positions during the term of this agreement with individuals of superior qualifications in the higher education and government fields. This ITN will allow multiple suppliers to be selected for award of a Master Agreement. There is no guarantee of work with award. The initial term of the agreement will be for three (3) years, and the University will have the option to renew for the three (3) additional one (1) year terms. Renewals are not automatic. Successful Respondent(s) performance is expected to begin immediately upon execution of an agreement.
The Successful Respondent(s) will work with representatives from FIUs Panthersoft Department (herein “The Panthersoft Department”).
The University intends to select multiple respondents for award of a Master Agreement for the provision of application support specialist positions during the term of the agreement. Firms will be evaluated and selected to provide services in one or more of the following Specialized Administrative Areas:
• Oracle PeopleSoft Technology
? Campus Solutions
? Human Capital Management
? Enterprise Portal/Interaction Hub
? Financials and Grants
? PeopleSoft System Administration
• Oracle or SQL Server Database Management
• Oracle Business Intelligence development and administration
• 3rd party Integration, Web and Application development
• Learning Management System development and administration
• Salesforce development and administration
• Jaggaer integration development
• Hyland/ImageNow development and administration
• Project Management
