Works on projects/systems/issues of medium to high complexity. Provides daily operations support, maintenance and administration for our active directory environment and server systems. Works on one or more projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. May coach one or more team members on Infrastructure related work functions. *Required Skills: *Skilled in the planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of resource requirements for server systems of moderate complexity. *Skilled at identifying needs for various software systems running on a virtual environment. Must be able to research, plan and implement software service rollouts to users. *Must have the ability to perform capacity and resource planning, assessing risks and contingency planning. *Must have experience with Windows 2012 Active Directory Services. *Must have experience with managing users, OUs, objects, schema, GPO, and groups in a Microsoft 2012 Active Directory. *Must have experience managing DNS, DHCP, GPO, DC replication, DFS, and certificates. *Must have experience working with scripting. *Should have experience with securing a Windows 2012 environment. *Should have experience in complying with Payment Card Industry, PCI technology standards. *Should have completed pertinent IT training related to use and management of Active Directory, Microsoft, SAN storage. *Desired Skills: *IT work experience in infrastructure/server environments in server operations, maintenance, design, implementation, administration and support.
