Programming Experience
Contractor Qualifications/Minimum Experience
4.1.1
15 years of experience with modifying, developing, designing, and maintaining enterprise applications to meet design and change specifications.
4.1.2
15 years of experience with MS versioning tool.
4.1.3
15 years of experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for all development tasks.
4.1.4
11 years of experience in creating SQL coding standards.

MS SQL Related Experience
4.2.1
11 years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2012 and MS SQL 2019.
4.2.2
11 years of experience as an MS SQL data modeler inclusive of data design/modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
4.2.3
11 years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, and triggers etc.
4.2.4
11 years of experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments.
4.2.5
11 years of experience with configuration management for SQL database objects.
4.2.6
11 years of experience with database design tools including ERStudio.
4.2.7
11 years of experience in creating and restoring database backups
4.2.8
6 of years of experience with database migration.

Enterprise Platform and Project Related Experience
4.3.1
9 years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.
4.3.2
9 years of experience in database server system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
