Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health. SERVICE TASKS: 6.1.1. Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 6.1.1.1. Create system designs and provide documentation for system feature enhancements/additions and bug fixes, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.1.2. Modify and create application code and database code, ready for User Acceptance Testing, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.1.3. Troubleshoot, determine and document resolutions to system issues identified by the HMS Support group and the Applications Management team, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.1.4. Provide work estimates, communication and updates for Release Planning, Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.1.5. Document application modifications and additions in a documentation repository, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.1.6. The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentially document attached to the purchase order. NTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: 5.1. Contractor staff assigned to this scope of work must possess, at minimum, the following qualifications: 5.1.1. 2 years of experience with Agile software development. 5.1.2. 2 years of experience with software testing. 5.1.3. 2 years of experience with software testing practices such as test driven development, unit testing, functional testing, black box testing, white box testing, regression testing, automated testing, integration testing, performance testing, user testing, and pilot testing. 5.1.4. 2 years of experience writing test cases and test scripts. 5.1.5. 2 years of experience executing software tests. 5.1.6. 2 years of experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
