Knowledge of document archiving standards. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments for him/herself. Ability to evaluate and resolve computer application and system problems associated with the FDOT EEDMS environment. Ability to work effectively with users to identify and document requirements for the support of the FDOT EEDMS environment. Ability to handle user administration tasks for OpenText users in the FDOT Central Office and other District offices as necessary. Skill in creating and modifying document management Profile forms as requested by the end user and the subsequent documentation to reflect those changes. Skill in creating Oracle SQL scripts associated with form updates, database changes including insertion of data into existing tables. Ability to perform Library and OpenText table administration tasks using the OpenText Administration tool. Skill in providing end-user support which includes but is not limited to the ability to identify, desktop client issues, Microsoft Windows 7 Operation System issues, and network issues. Skill in configuring & testing periodic software upgrades & patches. Skill in creating deployment strategies for new product rollouts and product upgrades across OpenText libraries.
