General responsibilities may include the following: 1. Lead cultural change for cloud adoption 2. Develop a cloud strategy and coordinate adoption 3. Architect, design, facilitate, lead, coordinate, and direct cloud initiatives on multiple fronts across a variety of disparate areas within the organization, this could include: Application development; Data management, analytics and protection; External IT hosting; Identity and access management; Infrastructure; Network; Security, privacy and compliance; User experience 6 Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or another related field 2 years of experience can substitute for education 7 Experience 1. 2 - 3 years of strong professional experience as a Microsoft Azure cloud architect is required. 2. 5 - 8 years of professional experience in Information Systems or another related field is required. 3. Experience with .NET application development in a DevOps environment is highly desired. 4. 2 - 3 years of professional experience in administration of ESRI GIS software is highly desired. 5. 2 - 3 years of leadership experience with Enterprise Architecture is required. 6. 2 - 3 years of prior experience with the FDOT Office of Information Technology is highly desired. 7. Microsoft Azure certification is highly desired. 8 Primary Job Duties/ Tasks The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to, the following: 1.
