Responsible for coordinating computer security access records compliance monitoring. Provides support for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) - FDOT Enterprise Security team (FDOT Security). Education A bachelors degree from a college or university and four years of experience in computer systems analysis, computer programming or in planning or designing distributed computer systems; or A bachelors degree from a college or university with major course of study in one of the computer sciences or in management information systems and three years of experience as described above; or A masters degree from a college or university with major course of study in one of the computer sciences or in management information systems and two years experience as described above; or A doctorate from a college or university with major course of study in one of the computer sciences or in management information systems and one year of experience as described above; or Five years of experience as described above and either (1) completion of a 720 classroom hour program of study from a vocational/technical school or community college in an area of data processing (excluding data entry), or (2) 60 semester or 90 quarter hours of college course work from an accredited institution which includes four courses in computer science or management information systems. Experience as described above can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required college education. Experience Previous experience with AARF and SailPoint Identity IQ required. Primary Job Duties/ Tasks • Responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of FDOTs Identity & Access Management system. Examples: Automated Access Request Form (AARF) and SailPoint IdentityIQ system. • Performs troubleshooting for hardware, software and system problems that involve AARF/SailPoint. • Participates in projects to implement or enhance the SailPoint system. • Works with database administrator and SailPoint development team in defining user requirements, coordinating system-wide updates, and installing upgrades and patches. • Provides recommendations for enhancements/changes that may involve custom design, optional and third-party products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of SailPoint. • Maintains SailPoint system security through user profile management, creates and updates access permissions and maintains user accounts. • Monitors and maintains performance metrics for system features, recommends and takes corrective/preventive actions. • Participates in the design, development and implementation of test and production objects. • Performs configuration, change management and testing activities as required. • Consults users on technology changes that will impact work processes. • Provides support for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) - FDOT Enterprise Security team (FDOT Security) and District Security Coordinators (SailPoint Admins). • Work with management and technical staff to develop security policies, procedures, functions, and provide or coordinate associated training.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
