The Department retains sole discretion as to whether the results of the criminal history record check will result in the Contractors employee being disqualified from performing services pursuant to this agreement. 5. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: 5.1. Contractor must possess, at minimum, the following qualifications: 5.1.1. 6 years of experience with Agile software development. 5.1.2. 6 years of experience with software testing. 5.1.3. 6 years of experience with software testing practices such as test driven development, unit testing, functional testing, black box testing, white box testing, regression testing, automated testing, integration testing, performance testing, user testing, pilot testing. 5.1.4. 6 years of experience writing test cases and test scripts. 5.1.5. 6 years of experience executing software tests. 5.1.6. 6 years of experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting. 6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 6.1. SERVICE TASKS: 6.1.1. Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: may be end-users of the Health Management System, Department staff involved in the processes automated by the software or other Department staff who are consumers of the data collected within the software. 6.1.1.8. Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with development teams to represent the interests of business stakeholders as assigned by the Department. The Contractor must ensure a defined agenda is communicated to participants, ensure a common understanding of terms and definitions, synthesize ideas, track discussions and provide clear summaries of the discussion and decisions in oral and written form. Business stakeholders may be end-users of the Health Management System, Department staff involved in the processes automated by the software or other Department staff who are consumers of the data collected within the software. 6.1.1.9. Prepare documentation of application change requests utilizing Microsoft Office tools and/or the Departments change and configuration management system as assigned by the department. 6.1.1.10. Define and document functional specifications and software test plans as assigned by the Department. Specifications and test plans should be documented utilizing Microsoft Office tools and/or the Departments change and configuration management system and templates provided. 6.1.1.11. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned by the Department using the departments change and configuration management system. Coordination requires the efficient assignment of available resources to the established testing backlog. Efficiency is demonstrated by making assignments such that all resources are utilized on assignments that coincide with their demonstrated skill level. UAT is the systematic execution of business processes represented in the application to ensure adherence to documented business requirements and documentation of identified variances as software defects utilizing change management software. 6.1.1.12.
