Submission Deadline: 4/17/2022 3:00 PM EST Start Date: 7/1/2022 End Date : 6/30/2023 Client: Florida Department of Transportation Description: 4 Scope of Services This scope is intended to provide development of and support for web-based applications created with the appropriate development software and includes the following: 1. Provide support for applications developed with ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS. 2. Lead the maintenance and migration of current GIS applications and the GIS Portal page for better design and modernization, as appropriate. 3. Provide technical support to appropriate District 2 staff for the purposes of GIS standards and practices. 4. Support the Districts GIS business areas in coordination with the Departments GIS Program, managed by the GIS Office in Civil Integrated Management and adhering to the statewide GIS standards, manuals, policies and procedures. WORK TASKS TO BE PERFORMED Task 1 – ArcGIS Server/Portal for ArcGIS Support ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS application support tasks will be assigned and coordinated by the District 2 Program Management Office. The specific authorized duties include: 1. Provide assistance with maintenance of ArcGIS GIS Test and Production Servers and software. 2. Maintain the Portal for ArcGIS Servers for the District. Include operational use and policy standards development 3. Implement a software life-cycle management plan for the test and production environments. Task 2 –GIS Application Support GIS application and support tasks will be assigned and coordinated by the District 2 Program Management Office. The specific authorized duties include: 1. Provide modifications and enhancements to existing applications as necessary. Test applications before deployment to ensure minimal user interruption. 2. Ensure that all applications are working properly. Applications must be running efficiently for appropriate staff to be able to utilize them. Document the applications currently utilized by test and production Servers. Perform cleanup of both test and production server. 3. Develop and support new and existing applications as necessary, these applications include but are not limited to D2 Enterprise GIS Web Viewer and Overlapping Projects Tool. 4. Create maps and applications as needed while adhering to the Departments Data Governance Policy and GIS Manual. Task 3 – Technical Support Tasks will be assigned and coordinated by the District 2 Program Management Office. The specific authorized duties include: 1. Provide assistance to District 2 staff with the use and maintenance of the ArcGIS Platform and other GIS Tools 2. Maintain Relational Database Management System Microsoft SQL Server for the test and production servers 3. Audit GIS Data and Map Services; Formally review in-depth map services and data now located at the District Assist with GIS Software Installation 5 Education Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience. 6 Experience 1. Experience in web-based application development with ArcGIS Server. 2. Experience with Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online. 3. Experience with HTML5. 4. Experience with ArcGIS for Desktop and Extensions 5.
