This includes process change and alignment; as well as, the technology implementation to support, enhance, and automate processes. Target areas are content management, workflow automation, and robotics. The IT Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects that execute within Work Place Productivity CoE. They are responsible for creating and managing the supporting project plans, business expectations, steering committees, budget, risks and issues and in general, all the project governance mechanisms. This role requires high level technical knowledge and experience with IT delivery. The Project Manager must be effective at leading and guiding the work of project delivery teams, serving as a liaison between project/business owners and technical stakeholders, and monitoring progress to assure scope, schedule and budget targets are met. This role should possess a combination of strong project management, team building, and interpersonal skills. The roles greatest skill will be the ability to plan and execute projects utilizing industry standard Project Management frameworks. Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing the overall project plan, development and execution of deliverables, and budgeting Oversee all project delivery activities and serve as the main point of contact for project resources, stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors Actively manage and report on project scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for project execution Identify and manage project dependencies Assess and manage risk for the project, develop and implement mitigation plans Responsible for the preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, or quarterly project status reports Communicate to project sponsors, steering committees, team members and other key stakeholders; delivering audience appropriate messages Required Skills and Qualifications 5-7 years of project management, coordinating and executing IT projects Experience delivering large IT programs P&C insurance experience is a plus Prior experience with data ingestion, content management, workflow and/or robotic applications is a plus. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Possess strong project management (planning, organizing, monitoring, reporting) skills Knowledge of the IT Project Lifecycle, especially regarding planning and initiation, delivery, testing, & problem resolution Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently on a regular basis Budget / Financial Management Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science PMP, PgMP preferred Communication, leadership, team building, influencing, decision making, negotiation, interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organization Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, and a fast learner Strong PowerPoint skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
