Job Duties include but not limited to: - Develop content strategy and coordinate design utilizing collaborative needs assessment and analysis to achieve strategic Institute & departmental goals. - Produce, update and maintain website content to ensure alignment with institute/department communication & collaboration goals. - Serve as subject matter expert and advise unit personnel in areas related to communication content. - Define strategy for content creation and management to strengthen strategic Institute and departmental goals. - Coordinate, compile and/or create digital content to achieve strategic Institute and departmental communications & collaboration goals. - Performing research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas. - Performing research and analysis on consumer needs. - Performing content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. - Proven content strategy and project management experience. - Sound knowledge of content management systems like Drupal or Atlassian Confluence. - Strong content presentation & communication skills. - Outstanding organizational and time management skills. - Excellent analytical skills. - 5 years of experience - US Citizen Only.
