The Institute is beginning an implementation of SalesForce.com to support this expansion and transformation, and is hiring a contracted position of CRM Administrator to support the expansion and the environment. CRM System Administrator: The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of SFDC and environment, including the technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and related products and solutions. The position supports internal and external users of Salesforce.com and other complimentary systems, manages integration of ancillary data sources, monitors data standards/integrity, and recommends solutions to meet business requirements. Build and maintain a scalable SFDC environment. Configure and maintain the GT SFDC environment. Establish, control, and maintain user access provisioning to the SFDC environment. Maintain integrations between multiple systems; including but not limited to: Oracle data sources, Dropbox, Office365, automated marketing solutions, enterprise reporting solution, and other external connections as needed. Create and maintain page layouts, workflow and validation rules, event triggers, email alerts, record types, and workflow processes, etc. Manage data standards and ETL processes such as Jitterbit, DemandTools, and MuleSoft. Maintain data quality by identifying, deleting or merging duplicate records, and assisting with best practices in cleansing and updating inaccurate data. Manage system tools, including monitoring and data integrity tools. Manage marketing automation suites, primarily Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot. Monitor security and assignment/workflow rules. Implement Salesforce.com changes based on end user requests; workflows, approval processes, validation rules, page layouts, and templates. Develop new reports based on changing metrics and update reporting/success dashboards as needed. Recommend solutions to better achieve business objectives. Communicates regularly with the SFDC designated super users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality. Communicates regularly with SFDC Business Owner and other stakeholders to ensure functionality meets needs and ability to develop and maintain ongoing project plan. Required Skills: * At least 5 years of experience in an Agile development environment * Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years of CRM system administration experience or a combination of education and experience in technical support positions, programming languages, or system administration roles. * Demonstrated experience with Apex, HTML, * SalesForce.com Certification * Desire for a technical career path and commitment to apply for required certifications. * Ability to investigate/resolve complex problems * Passion to learn multiple aspects of the business and design process improvements * High levels of attention to detail and thorough follow-up/follow-through.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
