(5+ years, 2+ in government) •HCM and Data Modeling Experience preferred (3+ years) •Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions. (3+ years) •Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency. (2+ years) •Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels. (3+ years) •Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption. (2+ years) •Experience with ERP and SAAS procurements and/or implementations. (3+ years) •Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
