Assists in development of recommendations on policies and procedures to implement to effectively met project goals and requirements. 7. Facilitates collaborative team and committee meetings to achieve project goals. 8. Maintains project management calendar for project initiatives. 9. Provides project administrative and operational support as needed. 10. Conducts quality assessments, operational procedure reviews, and ensures that change management procedures and standards are met. 11. Consults with vendors or technical staff to ensure that functionality of systems is consistent with adherence to policies, state and federal laws and regulations, and best practice standards. 12. Creates and presents project status reports/dashboards and presentations. 13. Coordinates activities and data collection with internal and external customers. 14.
