Provide guidance on effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution strategies. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within project management and business relationship management functions. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to disseminate best practices, lessons learned, and industry trends related to business relationship management. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and business relationship management roles. Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
