Coordinate course registration, training materials production and distribution and availability of training support equipment. 11. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education, Specialized Knowledge and Experience - Bachelors Degree - Required Years of experience required for this job : - Two-Three years job related experience Certifications or licenses required for this job: - Certifications or licenses preferred: ITIL Specialized Skills Required: • Proven experience as technical trainer • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects • Experience in designing technical course content • Creation and editing of training videos • Ability to address training needs with complete courses • Working knowledge in O365 (especially PowerPoint) • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Software • Service Now • Vyond • Adobe Captivate • O365 • Video Editing tools Specialized skills preferred: • Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset. • ITIL Certification • Knowledge of Service Now Incident, Request, and Knowledge Management   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
