EDUCATION AND/OF EXPERIENCE: • Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related area from an approved accredited college or university preferred. • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. • Minimum of three (3) years of computer/information technology systems support or closely related experience is required. MUST BE ABLE TO CONSISTENTLY LIFT 10-20 LBS. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, PERMITS: • Valid Georgia Drivers License required. • Valid N+ certification preferred. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible with scheduling. DCSD usually works 4 (M-TH) 10-hour days during the summer break. This position may require some Friday and/or Saturday work, which would allow the individual to have a day off during the week (M-TH). All Saturday work would be planned and announced at least 48 hours prior. Some weeks may not require all individuals, therefore there may be weeks where a candidate will only work 30 hours. The minimum number of hours for any week is 30. All candidates must have their own reliable transportation because this assignment requires driving to different DCSD sites.
