Job Description Developer: Windows Desktop OS (XP\Windows7), Mac OS, Desktop Support, Peripheral Setups Configuration

This position will provide first and second level support to faculty, staff and students for all campus software and hardware issues. The primary function of this position is to install and set up life cycle replacement machines across campus.

This position will assist in the day-to-day management of IT inventory intake, delivery, moves and upgrades of all KSU tagged IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets.

Required Skills:

Understanding of all Microsoft Windows Desktop OS
Understanding of Mac OS
Desktop and Printer Repair
Peripheral installation and configuration (phones, scanners, speakers, microphones, external drives)
